Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the game Gas Brake Park: Car Parking 3D (“the game”) processes and why. It is kept short and describes what the game actually does.

Who is responsible

The game is published by Nedese LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom (8/A Greenwood Grove, Nedese Office, Marcham, Abingdon, England, OX13 6FR). Contact: info@nedese.com.

What stays on your device

Your progress (stars per level), the car you picked and your settings (sound, vibration, camera view, graphics quality) are saved only on your device. The game has no accounts. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes them.

Anonymous gameplay statistics

To balance the levels and find problems, the game sends anonymous statistics to our own server (gasbrakepark.ehserver.com): a random installation ID created by the game (not linked to your advertising ID, your Google account or any other app), the device model and Android version, the game version, your device’s language and region setting, and game events such as a level started or finished (time, bumps, stars, car, camera) and whether the ad could be shown.

We do not collect your name, email, precise location or advertising ID for this, and the statistics do not store your IP address. You can turn this off at any time with “Share anonymous statistics” in the game’s pause menu. Statistics are deleted after 24 months. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the game.

What we do not collect

No name, email, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos or microphone. The game asks for none of these permissions.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

To continue from the garage you watch a short rewarded video. The ad is served by Google AdMob. When an ad is requested, Google receives your device’s advertising ID, your IP address (from which an approximate location can be inferred), basic device and app information, and how you interact with the ad. Google uses this to show and measure ads, limit how often you see the same ad and prevent fraud.

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, the game first asks for your choice through Google’s consent form; ads are personalised only if you agree. You can change your choice at any time from “Ad privacy options” in the game, and reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. More: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

Sharing

We do not sell data. The anonymous statistics stay on our own server and are not shared with anyone. The only third party that receives data is Google, for advertising, as described above. All connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Like any website, our server keeps technical access logs (including IP addresses) for a limited time for security; they are not used for the statistics.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Your rights

You can stop the statistics at any time from the game’s pause menu. They are tied only to a random installation ID, so we cannot identify you; uninstalling the game breaks the link between your device and that ID for good. For advertising data, use your device’s ad settings or Google’s My Ad Center (myadcenter.google.com). You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
